Steve McArthur, previously the Head of Consultative Broking, Mercer Consulting in Singapore and  Global Service Delivery, Microsoft (126 countries) has held several senior leadership positions across the globe. Originally from Scotland he has lived in Hong Kong and Singapore for almost 20 years. Steve is a Board Member on the British Chamber of Commerce Committee for Small Businesses Singapore, a trained specialist in Clinical hypnosis with the London Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He was a certified Financial Advisor within the UK and a certified Insurance Broker in Singapore.  Steve holds a Masters Degree in Global Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Psychology.
